When putting together a calendar of workshops for nonprofit executives – some of the busiest people I know – relevance is our main objective. What problems are managers facing today? What steps can they take to build ever-stronger organizations?

The Nonprofit Support Center's Fall 2018 workshop calendar just rolled out, and topics come directly from needs expressed by our nonprofit colleagues. Timely and important issues we’ll dig into include navigating mergers and strategic alliances, leading a more diverse and equitable organization, and risk management in employment practices. New this year for arts organizations is a collaboration with our Creative Worcester partners. Fundraising and meet the donor sessions will be highlighted as well. Check it out.
