FOUNDATION REFERENCE PRACTICES: Upon first reference, please refer to the Foundation by its full name Greater Worcester Community Foundation. After, either “the Foundation” or “GWCF” are acceptable references. Please do not precede GWCF with the word “the.”

USE OF THE GWCF LOGO: Please feel free to place the Foundation logo in materials connected with the recent GWCF grant or materials connected to the specific project for which the Foundation has provided funding. To receive an approved copy of our logo, please contact a member of the program team, or download the logo above.

SOCIAL MEDIA POSTS: Tag and mention the Foundation in any social media content that highlights the receipt of a GWCF grant or content related to the funded program. Our handles are listed below:

PHOTOGRAPHY: The Foundation welcomes high-resolution, good quality digital images of a grantee’s team, volunteers, or populations served by the organization for use in our publications and website to better inform the public of the work of our grantees. If you are able to provide the Foundation current images, please contact a member of our program team.

INTERVIEWS & MEDIA: If your organization hosts a podcast, YouTube channel, or would like to include GWCF staff, board members, or corporators in media coverage of the recent grant, please contact a member of our program team.

If you have any further questions about how to include GWCF in your promotional materials, please reach out to a member of our program team.
