Join Women in Development of Central MA and the Nonprofit Support Center for an interactive session with Greater Worcester Community Foundation's President & CEO, Pete Dunn. This workshop will consist of local nonprofit EDs talking about focused fundraising, from raising money for discrete projects to capital campaigns.

About the Panelists
Trish Appert is the Executive Director of Friendly House, Inc. in Worcester, a role she has held since 2022. She brings more than 30 years of leadership experience across housing & homelessness, mental health, poverty and social justice, with a unique perspective spanning funder, grantee, and administrator roles. She holds a BA from Boston University and an MS in Public Affairs from the McCormack Graduate School of Policy & Global Studies at UMass Boston.
Deborah Hall is the CEO of YWCA Central MA, bringing over 35 years of experience in working with survivors of domestic violence and addressing the intersection of race, gender, and community violence. A sought-after speaker on gendered violence and its impact on Black women, Deborah has held leadership roles in various programs across Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Missouri, tackling issues such as homelessness, violence, and substance abuse.
Juliet Feibel has worked across nonprofit management, membership organizations, the arts, and higher education. During her tenure at ArtsWorcester, she tripled the number of donating households, quadrupled the number of gifts of $500 or more, led a $1.75m capital campaign to relocate the organization, and established an endowment for the organization. Previously, Juliet served as Director of Education for the Ann Arbor Art Center and as Associate Director of Imagining America, a national arts and humanities project.

Women in Development of Central Massachusetts (WID) is a membership organization dedicated to the education and support of advancement professionals through an offering of various programs and services as well as opportunities for volunteer involvement.
