For Nonprofits
Class of 2025
Nourishing Tomorrow's Leaders
Our inaugural Nourishing Tomorrow's Leaders cohort spent nine weeks learning how to become effective nonprofit board members, with facilitated sessions around group dynamics, nonprofit lifecycles, conflict resolution and more.
The goal of the NTL program is to give participants the tools, connections, and confidence needed to be on nonprofit boards and increase diverse representation on nonprofit boards in Worcester County.
The following participants are now ready to bring their skills, lived experience, and commitment to nonprofit boardrooms throughout Worcester County, sharing a few words that sum up their NTL experience.
