Greater Worcester Community Foundation is uniquely poised to support the leadership pipelines for the nonprofit and social service sectors. Through a mix of workshops, trainings and learning cohorts, we seek to develop and strengthen local leaders who work to further nonprofit organizations and promote philanthropy.
