We have partnered with technology platform Resilia to provide capacity-building support to small, grassroots and BIPOC-led and -serving nonprofits.

About Resilia

Resilia offers technology and 1:1 coaching to support effectiveness, creativity, and workflow in nonprofits across the country. Organizations selected to join the Foundation's cohort will have access to a suite of on-demand tools and resources to support organizational growth and impact, which include:

Resilia also offers one-on-one training is designed to support common organizational pain points including fundraising, board management, program evaluation, storytelling.

In addition to providing this opportunity to local organizations, the Foundation has also joined Resilia's Elevate initiative, a first-of-its-kind national learning and action network of 50+ funders aimed at elevating the capacity and voices of BIPOC-led and serving grassroots organizations.

How to Participate

Our partnership with Resilia targets small, grassroots nonprofits that are led by and/or serve people of color. If you are interested in participating in a future Resilia cohort, please contact Sarah Shugrue at sshugrue@greaterworcester.org.

Our biggest wins were in the templates they provided along with the education content. We found the video training modules especially valuable. They were the exact right length so an organization with little time can tackle in bite-size increments
