Office Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented, service-driven Office Administrator to join our team. This role will function as a part of the Executive Office and work across the full team. The Office Administrator will direct the day-to-day functions of the office as well as assist with administrative tasks across all departments. The Office Administrator will excel at managing multiple tasks while staying organized, demonstrate a commitment to internal and external customer service, possess strong administrative and communication skills, thrive in a collaborative team environment, and be passionate about serving the community. This position is ideal for an individual with administrative assistant experience looking to advance their career.

This is a full-time on-site opportunity; salary range $55,000 to $65,000, commensurate with experience.

Technology & Administration Coordinator

We are seeking a process and operations-oriented Technology & Administration Coordinator to ensure our team has the tools and processes to operate at peak efficiency. In this important role, you will manage our technology tools and service providers and collaborate with staff, and consultants to deliver productivity tools that drive our mission forward. Your proactive approach, expertise with technology and data tools, and people skills will help empower our team, streamline operations, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

This is a full-time hybrid opportunity with three days required on site; salary range $75,000 to $85,000 commensurate with experience.
