About NTL
Nourishing Tomorrow's Leaders (NTL) is a nine week course that teaches participants how to become effective nonprofit board members while aiming to increase diverse representation on nonprofit boards in Worcester County. The goal is to give participants the tools, connections, and confidence needed to be on nonprofit boards.
NTL is an initiative started by The Gifford Foundation over a decade ago with a focus on leadership development through board service.
We are thrilled to bring this successful program to Worcester County with our very first NTL cohort!
