Nonprofit executive directors are leading teams through constant change, rising demands and limited resources. In this open exploration for nonprofit executive directors, we will offer time for executive leaders to sit down with Charles Vogl, author of The Art of Community, to explore how uncertainty affects staff, organizational culture and decision-making. This one-hour session will offer both practical insights and the chance to connect with fellow leaders who understand the realities of nonprofit executive work.

Doors will open and breakfast will be available at 8:30 a.m. Program will begin at 9 a.m.
