NSC Workshops
Nonprofits don't often have the luxury of calm waters - sometimes they face a storm. In this 2-hour intensive we will explore how organizations survive and thrive when seas change. Join four seasoned leaders for a deep dive into the art of the pivot and walk away with a specific set of tools for embracing disruption.
Learn how to:
- Navigate leadership hand-offs without losing momentum.
- Make the "cut vs. expand" call with confidence.
- Realign your mission and/or principle when the landscape shifts under your feet.
Doors will open and dinner will be available at 4:30 p.m., with the session running from 5 - 7 p.m. Parking can be found in the Girls Inc. Parking lot, street parking, or the Senior Center lot across the street.
