American Student Assistance - Free services that help young people and adults from all backgrounds plan for college and find sources of financial aid through school-based programs located in libraries and community agencies. American Student Assistance is an independent nonprofit organization that aims to revolutionize the way students plan for, finance, and repay their college education.
SALT - A free educational program, offered online by American Student Assistance, that focuses not only on pursuing a college degree, but obtaining it in a financially responsible way. Gain a deeper understanding of your financial options so you take on only a manageable amount of debt.

College Board - College search tools, financial aid facts, SAT registration and preparation information, and other resources for students and parents.
College Navigator - A database of more than 9,000 colleges and universities in the United States.

Massachusetts Funding for College - Tuition assistance programs offered by the state of Massachusetts.
College Grants Database - Information on different grant programs.
Cappex.com - A database of scholarships offered by Cappex and other providers.
Federal Financial Aid
Financial Aid - Information about loans, scholarships and other types of financial aid.
Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) - A required form for all public financial aid programs and for most scholarships. (On the home page, click the box that says FAFSA4caster to use a tool that will estimate the amount of federal financial assistance you could receive.)
