The recent release of the new Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) regulations by the Department of Labor has brought significant revisions. They will dramatically impact employers, especially regarding exempt and non-exempt job classifications. This program will address the revisions and what nonprofit employers should do to prepare for them before they become effective on December 1, 2016.
