NSC Workshops
When entering a period of uncertainty or crisis—prior to making critical decisions—nonprofit leaders should have a clear understanding of their organizations’ baseline financial strengths and weaknesses.
In this workshop, we guide participants to more fully understand their organization’s financial health through an analysis of operating trends and balance sheet strength. With that baseline understanding, organizations are better equipped to adjust to changes in their strategy and budgets.
Led by Gina McDonald, from BDO, this three-hour session will highlight topics such as the importance of net asset composition, liquidity, and leverage.
Organizations are encouraged to attend with a variety of cross-functional team members.
